# Friendly Jungle vs Slither Blast

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Friendly Jungle at 100% against Slither Blast's 49%. Friendly Jungle also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Slither Blast's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (3.4K vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slither Blast sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Friendly Jungle asks for nothing beyond the download.

Slither Blast holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slither Blast has 3.4K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Friendly Jungle's written reviews are positive against 49% of Slither Blast's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Friendly Jungle ships an update every 2 weeks, Slither Blast every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
