# MeisterTask vs Superlist

MeisterTask and Superlist both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 83% of MeisterTask's written reviews are positive against 48% of Superlist's. MeisterTask also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 464). Superlist's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MeisterTask sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $16.00 per month and Superlist sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for MeisterTask against 4.5 for Superlist. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1.8K and 464 respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of MeisterTask's written reviews are positive against 48% of Superlist's.

MeisterTask ships an update every 3 weeks, Superlist every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
