# Shell Game vs Dunk Shot

Shell Game and Dunk Shot both sit at 4.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Shell Game's written reviews are positive against 51% of Dunk Shot's. Shell Game also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). Dunk Shot's advantage is ratings volume (11K vs 5). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shell Game sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dunk Shot sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.2 for Shell Game against 4.3 for Dunk Shot. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dunk Shot has 11K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
