# Alchemy 1000 vs Word Shuttle

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Word Shuttle at 100% against Alchemy 1000's 55%. Word Shuttle also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 9 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Alchemy 1000's advantage is ratings volume (7.8K vs 9) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
