# Salad Shark vs Mr Sneaky

The clearest difference is rating: Salad Shark at 5.0 against Mr Sneaky's 4.1. Mr Sneaky's advantage is ratings volume (249 vs 1) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Salad Shark sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Mr Sneaky sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Salad Shark holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mr Sneaky has 249 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Salad Shark ships an update every 6 weeks, Mr Sneaky every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
