# OurHouse vs Terp Schedule

The clearest difference is rating: OurHouse at 4.9 against Terp Schedule's 4.5. OurHouse also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 10). Terp Schedule's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OurHouse holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OurHouse has 1.5K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 98% of OurHouse's written reviews are positive against 100% of Terp Schedule's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OurHouse ships an update every 3 weeks, Terp Schedule monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
