# OurHouse vs Goffer

The clearest difference is ratings volume: OurHouse at 1.5K against Goffer's 2. Goffer's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for OurHouse against 5.0 for Goffer.
