# COST Events vs Intapp

The clearest difference is rating: Intapp at 5.0 against COST Events's 4.0. Intapp also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Intapp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Intapp has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

COST Events ships an update every 5 months, Intapp every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
