# BiggerCity vs Pubrule

The clearest difference is rating: Pubrule at 5.0 against BiggerCity's 4.5. Pubrule also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). BiggerCity's advantage is ratings volume (6.9K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BiggerCity sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Pubrule asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pubrule holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BiggerCity has 6.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BiggerCity ships an update every 3 weeks, Pubrule every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
