# Silly Saucers vs Jump Kid

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Jump Kid at 100% against Silly Saucers's 20%. Jump Kid also leads on ads (none vs shown). Silly Saucers's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 17 months) and rating (4.0 vs 3.7). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Silly Saucers sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Jump Kid sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Silly Saucers holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 20 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Silly Saucers's written reviews are positive against 100% of Jump Kid's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Silly Saucers ships an update every 3 months, Jump Kid every 17 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
