# Hindsight vs Tally

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tally at daily against Hindsight's weekly. Tally also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hindsight sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Tally sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hindsight ships an update weekly, Tally daily. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
