# ScrapIt! Pro vs VERISCAN™

The clearest difference is rating: VERISCAN™ at 4.7 against ScrapIt! Pro's 3.3. VERISCAN™ also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 110). ScrapIt! Pro's advantage is review sentiment (48% vs 24%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VERISCAN™ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VERISCAN™ has 1.7K ratings behind it against 110, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of ScrapIt! Pro's written reviews are positive against 24% of VERISCAN™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ScrapIt! Pro ships an update every 10 months, VERISCAN™ every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
