# Course Hero vs Math and Science Tutor

Math and Science Tutor also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Course Hero's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (65K vs 920). Both are free to download. Course Hero sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Math and Science Tutor sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
