# Verizon Family vs StudioDee

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: StudioDee at none against Verizon Family's 1. StudioDee also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.3). Verizon Family's advantage is ratings volume (39K vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Verizon Family sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. StudioDee asks for nothing beyond the download.
