# Aceable Defensive Driving vs UH Go

The clearest difference is rating: Aceable Defensive Driving at 4.9 against UH Go's 4.3. Aceable Defensive Driving also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (9.5K vs 148). UH Go's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and review sentiment (89% vs 69%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Aceable Defensive Driving sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. UH Go asks for nothing beyond the download.

Aceable Defensive Driving holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aceable Defensive Driving has 9.5K ratings behind it against 148, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Aceable Defensive Driving's written reviews are positive against 89% of UH Go's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Aceable Defensive Driving ships an update every 9 days, UH Go every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
