# ColorSwitch! vs OddColorPicker

The clearest difference is price: ColorSwitch! at Free against OddColorPicker's $0.99. ColorSwitch! also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 38 months) and ratings volume (4K vs 1). OddColorPicker's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and ads (none vs shown). On in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

ColorSwitch! is free to download; OddColorPicker costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OddColorPicker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ColorSwitch! has 4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ColorSwitch! ships an update every 2 months, OddColorPicker every 38 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
