# Multiple Stopwatches & Laps vs Timer

Multiple Stopwatches & Laps and Timer both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 87% of Multiple Stopwatches & Laps's written reviews are positive against 50% of Timer's. Multiple Stopwatches & Laps also leads on ratings volume (191 vs 29). Timer's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Multiple Stopwatches & Laps sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
