# Access vs ReadingScreen

The clearest difference is update cadence: Access at every 2 weeks against ReadingScreen's every 2 months. Access also leads on iOS requirement (6.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Access ships an update every 2 weeks, ReadingScreen every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
