# Google Classroom vs MS 935

The clearest difference is rating: MS 935 at 3.7 against Google Classroom's 2.1. MS 935 also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Google Classroom's advantage is ratings volume (37K vs 11) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MS 935 holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Google Classroom has 37K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Google Classroom ships an update fortnightly, MS 935 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
