# Rainbow Motion Video Filters vs Interfere

The clearest difference is monetization model: Rainbow Motion Video Filters at free with in-app purchases against Interfere's subscription. Rainbow Motion Video Filters also leads on review sentiment (63% vs 50%) and ratings volume (82 vs 14). Interfere's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rainbow Motion Video Filters sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Interfere sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Interfere holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rainbow Motion Video Filters has 82 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Rainbow Motion Video Filters's written reviews are positive against 50% of Interfere's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rainbow Motion Video Filters ships an update every 5 weeks, Interfere every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
