# Hello Heels vs NCSU MyTech

The clearest difference is rating: Hello Heels at 5.0 against NCSU MyTech's 3.9. NCSU MyTech's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hello Heels holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NCSU MyTech has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of Hello Heels's written reviews are positive against 100% of NCSU MyTech's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hello Heels ships an update every 6 months, NCSU MyTech every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
