# Resawod vs HeitzFit 4

The clearest difference is update cadence: Resawod at every 6 days against HeitzFit 4's every 2 months. Resawod also leads on review sentiment (26% vs 8%) and ratings volume (25 vs 1). HeitzFit 4's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HeitzFit 4 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resawod has 25 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of Resawod's written reviews are positive against 8% of HeitzFit 4's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Resawod ships an update every 6 days, HeitzFit 4 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
