# Enterprise CarShare vs Avenues

The clearest difference is monetization model: Avenues at free against Enterprise CarShare's free with in-app purchases. Avenues also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). Enterprise CarShare's advantage is ratings volume (6.3K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Avenues holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Enterprise CarShare has 6.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
