# Enterprise CarShare vs Milpitas SMART

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Milpitas SMART at 87% against Enterprise CarShare's 45%. Milpitas SMART also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Enterprise CarShare's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (6.3K vs 83). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Enterprise CarShare holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Enterprise CarShare has 6.3K ratings behind it against 83, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of Enterprise CarShare's written reviews are positive against 87% of Milpitas SMART's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Enterprise CarShare ships an update every 6 weeks, Milpitas SMART monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
