# URC Mobile Pad vs Crestron Go

The clearest difference is rating: URC Mobile Pad at 3.2 against Crestron Go's 2.5. URC Mobile Pad also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 4 months). Crestron Go's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 5). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crestron Go sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. URC Mobile Pad asks for nothing beyond the download.

URC Mobile Pad holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crestron Go has 31 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of URC Mobile Pad's written reviews are positive against 27% of Crestron Go's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

URC Mobile Pad ships an update every 6 weeks, Crestron Go every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
