# iStudent Israel vs שטראוס +

The clearest difference is rating: שטראוס + at 4.6 against iStudent Israel's 4.0. שטראוס + also leads on ratings volume (269 vs 7). iStudent Israel's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 20%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

שטראוס + holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: שטראוס + has 269 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of iStudent Israel's written reviews are positive against 20% of שטראוס +'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iStudent Israel ships an update monthly, שטראוס + every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
