# Untis Mobile vs edulo

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Untis Mobile at 50% against edulo's 0%. Untis Mobile also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 1). edulo's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

edulo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Untis Mobile has 1.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Untis Mobile's written reviews are positive against 0% of edulo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Untis Mobile ships an update every 2 weeks, edulo every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
