# Erudite Dictionary Translator vs Speak Cayuga

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Erudite Dictionary Translator at 79% against Speak Cayuga's 40%. Erudite Dictionary Translator also leads on ratings volume (173 vs 12). Speak Cayuga's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Erudite Dictionary Translator sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Speak Cayuga asks for nothing beyond the download.

Speak Cayuga holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Erudite Dictionary Translator has 173 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Erudite Dictionary Translator's written reviews are positive against 40% of Speak Cayuga's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
