# Salute Plus vs 4Habits

The clearest difference is update cadence: 4Habits at every 10 days against Salute Plus's every 24 months. Salute Plus's advantage is iOS requirement (8.1 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Salute Plus sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and 4Habits sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Salute Plus ships an update every 24 months, 4Habits every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
