# Wildagotchi vs Pet Alien

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pet Alien at none against Wildagotchi's 1. Pet Alien also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 86%). Wildagotchi's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (227 vs 14). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wildagotchi sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Pet Alien asks for nothing beyond the download.

Wildagotchi holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wildagotchi has 227 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Wildagotchi's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pet Alien's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
