# Ghost Detector Camera vs 123Wish

The clearest difference is ads: 123Wish at none against Ghost Detector Camera's shown. 123Wish also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 5 months) and review sentiment (79% vs 60%). Ghost Detector Camera's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (836 vs 57). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ghost Detector Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 123Wish sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ghost Detector Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ghost Detector Camera has 836 ratings behind it against 57, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Ghost Detector Camera's written reviews are positive against 79% of 123Wish's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ghost Detector Camera ships an update every 5 months, 123Wish weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
