# DeathGearX vs WAR SECTOR

The clearest difference is rating: DeathGearX at 4.7 against WAR SECTOR's 4.2. DeathGearX also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (53 vs 5). WAR SECTOR's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 92%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DeathGearX sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and WAR SECTOR sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DeathGearX holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DeathGearX has 53 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of DeathGearX's written reviews are positive against 100% of WAR SECTOR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
