# DIALPH0NE vs EarFun Audio

The clearest difference is ratings volume: EarFun Audio at 1.2K against DIALPH0NE's 2. EarFun Audio also leads on review sentiment (29% vs 14%). DIALPH0NE's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DIALPH0NE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EarFun Audio has 1.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of DIALPH0NE's written reviews are positive against 29% of EarFun Audio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
