# BronControl vs SANDISK

The clearest difference is rating: SANDISK at 4.7 against BronControl's 1.0. SANDISK also leads on ratings volume (24K vs 5) and chart position (#152 vs unranked). BronControl's advantage is review sentiment (31% vs 21%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SANDISK holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SANDISK has 24K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of BronControl's written reviews are positive against 21% of SANDISK's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BronControl ships an update every 6 weeks, SANDISK every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
