# Jigsaw® Dating vs OpenStatus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: OpenStatus at 100% against Jigsaw® Dating's 32%. OpenStatus also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and monetization model (freemium vs subscription). Jigsaw® Dating's advantage is ratings volume (3.3K vs 5) and chart position (#200 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jigsaw® Dating sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days and OpenStatus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OpenStatus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jigsaw® Dating has 3.3K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 32% of Jigsaw® Dating's written reviews are positive against 100% of OpenStatus's.

Jigsaw® Dating ships an update every 4 weeks, OpenStatus every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
