# Pizza vs Appostolari

The clearest difference is rating: Appostolari at 5.0 against Pizza's 4.3. Appostolari also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). Pizza's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (18 vs 2). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Appostolari sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Pizza asks for nothing beyond the download.

Appostolari holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pizza has 18 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pizza ships an update every 5 months, Appostolari every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
