# Kith vs Hat Club

The clearest difference is monetization model: Kith at free against Hat Club's free with in-app purchases. Kith also leads on ratings volume (39K vs 7.1K) and device support (3 vs 1). Hat Club's advantage is review sentiment (84% vs 72%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Kith against 4.9 for Hat Club. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kith has 39K ratings behind it against 7.1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 72% of Kith's written reviews are positive against 84% of Hat Club's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
