# Fastmail vs CasaKeeper

The clearest difference is update cadence: CasaKeeper at every 4 days against Fastmail's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fastmail sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.49 per month and CasaKeeper sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fastmail ships an update every 3 weeks, CasaKeeper every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
