# iKlips vs MOMAX Backup

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MOMAX Backup at none against iKlips's 4. MOMAX Backup also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). iKlips's advantage is review sentiment (47% vs 18%) and ratings volume (4.8K vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iKlips sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. MOMAX Backup asks for nothing beyond the download.

MOMAX Backup holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iKlips has 4.8K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of iKlips's written reviews are positive against 18% of MOMAX Backup's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iKlips ships an update every 2 months, MOMAX Backup every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
