# Monster Math vs 3rd Grade Math Learning Games

The clearest difference is update cadence: Monster Math at every 4 days against 3rd Grade Math Learning Games's monthly. Monster Math also leads on ratings volume (35K vs 236) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Monster Math sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and 3rd Grade Math Learning Games sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Monster Math holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Monster Math has 35K ratings behind it against 236, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Monster Math's written reviews are positive against 71% of 3rd Grade Math Learning Games's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Monster Math ships an update every 4 days, 3rd Grade Math Learning Games monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
