# eReading vs 七猫小说

The clearest difference is rating: 七猫小说 at 4.6 against eReading's 3.8. 七猫小说 also leads on ratings volume (3.5K vs 4) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). eReading's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. eReading sells 21 one-off in-app purchases and 七猫小说 sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

七猫小说 holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8.
