# Time Button vs Golf Orbit

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Time Button at 75% against Golf Orbit's 25%. Time Button also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 15.0). Golf Orbit's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (59K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Time Button sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Golf Orbit sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Golf Orbit holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Golf Orbit has 59K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Time Button's written reviews are positive against 25% of Golf Orbit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Time Button ships an update every 5 months, Golf Orbit every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
