# WeathU vs Anemogram

The clearest difference is update cadence: Anemogram at every 10 days against WeathU's every 21 months. WeathU's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WeathU ships an update every 21 months, Anemogram every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
