The clearest difference is rating: ScreenMeet Support at 5.0 against True Key™ by McAfee's 4.5. ScreenMeet Support also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). True Key™ by McAfee's advantage is ratings volume (1.6K vs 8) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
