# Jamba vs Dutch Bros

Jamba and Dutch Bros both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 85% of Dutch Bros's written reviews are positive against 24% of Jamba's. Dutch Bros also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and chart position (#11 vs #159). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Jamba against 4.9 for Dutch Bros. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dutch Bros has 867K ratings behind it against 135K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 24% of Jamba's written reviews are positive against 85% of Dutch Bros's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. Both last shipped on November 8, 2026.
