# Akinator vs Funny Filter Challenge

Akinator and Funny Filter Challenge both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 81% of Akinator's written reviews are positive against 43% of Funny Filter Challenge's. Akinator also leads on ratings volume (423K vs 18K) and chart position (#89 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Akinator sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Funny Filter Challenge sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Akinator holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Akinator has 423K ratings behind it against 18K, so its average is the more settled of the two.
