# Paramount Works vs Text

The clearest difference is ads: Paramount Works at none against Text's shown. Paramount Works also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.7.2). Text's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 15 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Paramount Works ships an update every 15 months, Text fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 13, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
