StudyNow(リスニング対応) vs 単語木

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 英語学習用ニュースアプリ！StudyNow(リスニング対応) at 88% against 単語木's 68%. StudyNow(リスニング対応) also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (30 vs 6). 単語木's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StudyNow(リスニング対応) sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and 単語木 sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $13.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

単語木 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 英語学習用ニュースアプリ！StudyNow(リスニング対応) has 30 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of StudyNow(リスニング対応)'s written reviews are positive against 68% of 単語木's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
