# Ears BlackJack vs Blackjack Royale

The clearest difference is rating: Blackjack Royale at 4.3 against Ears BlackJack's 3.5. Blackjack Royale also leads on ratings volume (255 vs 4). Ears BlackJack's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 39%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ears BlackJack sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Blackjack Royale sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blackjack Royale holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blackjack Royale has 255 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Ears BlackJack's written reviews are positive against 39% of Blackjack Royale's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ears BlackJack ships an update every 6 weeks, Blackjack Royale every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
