# Little Pad vs MarkNote Lite

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Little Pad at 10.0 against MarkNote Lite's 16.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Little Pad sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and MarkNote Lite sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
